Our Services
The Knowledge Resources team, based at Aspect House, delivers library and information services to primary care staff working for health organisations based in Nottingham City, including NHS Nottingham City, Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group, Nottingham CItyCare Partnership, and GP practices in the city. In addition, other health and related professionals addressing the public health agenda from other key sectors based in Nottingham City, such as social care, education, the voluntary sector and youth and community services are entitled to register as members of the Resource Centre. The Resource Centre is part of the Knowledge Resources department of the Health Equality Directorate (Public Health) within NHS Nottingham City.

Borrower Information
Our library stock is available to staff working in primary care across Nottingham City, including those staff working in commissioning, public health, provider services and GP Practices. In addition, health and related professionals addressing the public health agenda from other key sectors, such as social care, education, the voluntary sector and youth and community services are entitled to register as members of the Resource Centre.
Enquiries
The Knowledge Resources team provides an enquiry service, providing evidence-based information to inform decision making and support clinical practice. A limited service for non-urgent enquiries is only available to staff working for NHS Nottingham City, Nottingham CityCare Partnership, Nottingham City GP Practices, and Nottingham City CCG. Information Literacy Training
The department can deliver one-to-one training sessions to update Primary Care colleagues in Nottingham City with their literature searching skills.
Current Awareness
The Knowledge Resources department has been providing current awareness services to primary care staff since 2001.
Leaflets
The free leaflet and poster resources on the online database support the key public health areas and health promotion messages and campaigns.
Other Resources
The Resource Centre also supports corporate events, including local conferences and campaigns through the provision of display and exhibition equipment, including table-top and display boards which are available for loan.
