Electronic journals accessible via NHS Evidence and Knowledge Resources
Online access to key healthcare and healthcare-related journals to NHS primary care professionals are available nationally and locally via various subscription arrangements as indicated below:
Athens Authentication
To access the core content and some local e-journals you will need to self-register for an Athens (NHS) login. We strongly advise registration from an NHS-connected computer, otherwise registering from a home computer could delay confirmation of login details for up to 15 days.

- MyJournals provides a complete A-Z listing of all the journals you can access, both in print and electronically.
- Knowledge Resources journals - local institutional subscriptions to key health and related journals accessible via Athens authentication or institutional login for NHS Nottingham City staff (Please note you will need to contact the Resource Centre for usernames and passwords)
